SMTP Authentication
Error 550: Relay is not permitted
We have recently made changes to our mail system that now requires our users to authenticate when sending mail.
The changes were made to improve security on our mail system and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
If you are receiving the above error, you will need to make some slight changes in your mail program.
In an effort to lower the current high hold times we have setup this page to assist users in making the changes necessary themselves.
If you do not feel comfortable doing so please accept our apologies for the hold times, and our technicians will assist you as soon as they can.
The instructions currently available are for Outlook Express, and Microsoft Outlook which the majority of our customers use. If you use another mail program other than Outlook Express,
and are not familiar with how to set authentication when sending mail, please continue to hold for one of our technicians.
